I get these questions all of the time so just know that you are not alone when you asking these questions. Whether you are post partum, post weight loss surgery, or your body has undergone some natural changes over time. I recommend all of my glam gals check in with themselves. Ask yourselves why you are not buying clothes? Why are you holding on to clothing that doesn’t fit? Why are you worried about loose or excess skin? Check in with yourself before you decide to take any type of action. Mindset work should precede you taking action so that your motivation will take you farther than self hatred ever could.
