Availability is all about showing up. Availability, meaning… are you going to show up to do the things you said you would do? Will you go do the thing you always wanted to do? Will you avail yourself of all your talent, experience, gifts, and skills?
SHOW UP
We hear that so often in self help circles. Feel the fear, do it anyway. Feel the discomfort, do it anyway.
That is all well and good, but umm… Check your attitude-y first. Are you rollin’ with fear or joy?
Are you taking action because you think you HAVE to and are afraid of potential fall out if you don’t take action? Or are you taking action from a place of joy that you GET to do the thing you’ve set out to do? You have a choice.
So yes, take action. But first check in. How you rollin’?
